Klotrix is the patent protected registered brand of Apothecon B.V.
which is one of the group companies of the world renowned
Bristol-Myers Squibb Company. The company has its headquarters
situated at The Netherlands. Apothecon B.V. is known as the

products since over a decade now. The company was established in the
year 1996 by the parent company named Bristol-Myers Squibb. Ever

partners named DocPharma which is the known pharmaceutical company
from Belgium. DocPharma has its presence in Luxembourg, France and
Italy besides in Belgium and the Netherlands. The company is

So far Bristol-Myers Squibb is concerned it was established way back
during in 1887 by McLaren Bristol and John Ripley Myers who decided
to drop $5,000 into the sinking drug manufacturing company named
Clinton Pharmaceutical Co situated at Clinton, New York. The company
was formally incorporated on the 13th of December, 1887 with William
Bristol as the President and John Myers as the Vice President of the
company. Both the partners worked very hard to expand their business
and ultimately they renamed the company as Bristol, Myers & Co in
May, 1898. The company with its headquarters at New York, USA has
43,000 employees and global sales of $17.9 billion.
